How do I join the Soul Club cannabis rewards program?
Joining is free and takes less than a minute. Click “Join Now” or ask any Mister Jones staff member to sign you up in-store.
Is there a membership fee for Soul Club?
No — Soul Club is completely free to join, with no membership fees, ever.
What do new members get when they sign up?
New members immediately unlock all SoulBud-tier benefits (see the perks chart on this page; exclusions apply). Members who opt in to email also earn bonus points on their first three purchases:
- 100 bonus points after first purchase (up to $4 value)
- 200 bonus points after second purchase (up to $8 value)
- 250 bonus points after third purchase (up to $10 value)
- Additional bonus points are gifted throughout the year for special occasions.
Tiers & Points
How do the Soul Club membership tiers work?
Soul Club has four tiers based on annual spend at Mister Jones:
- SoulBud: $0–$499
- SoulStar: $500–$2,999
- SoulMate: $3,000+
- High Roller: invite only
Tiers are based on your spend each calendar year, and your tier resets annually based on that year’s activity.
For example, if you spent $600 in 2026, you would start 2027 in the Gold tier. Our first reset will take effect January 2027.

How many points do I earn per dollar spent at Mister Jones?
Points earn rate increases as you level up:
- SoulBud: 1 point per $1 (pre-tax)
- SoulStar: 1.05 points per $1 (pre-tax)
- SoulMate: 1.1 points per $1 (pre-tax)
- High Roller: 1.15 points per $1 (pre-tax)
Redeeming Rewards
Do I earn points on past purchases after I join?
No. Only purchases made after you enroll in Soul Club count toward points and tier progress.
How do I redeem Soul Club points for discounts?
Redeem points online or in-store for set discount amounts:
- 250 points = $5 off
- 500 points = $10 off
- 1,000 points = $20 off
- 1,500 points = $30 off
- 5,000 points = $100 off (High Roller tier members only)
Points are worth double on select top brands (Ozone, Ozone Reserve, Simply Herb, Effin’, Mister Jones, High Wired, & Honor Roll):
- 125 points = $5 off
- 250 points = $10 off
- 500 points = $20 off
- 750 points = $30 off
- 2,500 points = $100 off (High Roller tier members only)
Notes: Points have no cash or monetary value, and by regulation, points can never cover 100% of an item’s cost.
Do Soul Club points expire?
Yes, points expire 90 days after they’re earned. Bonus points from special promotions may follow a different expiration timeline, which will be noted when those bonus points are issued.
Can I redeem multiple rewards in one transaction?
No — only one reward redemption is allowed per transaction.
What happens if I’ve hit my state cannabis purchase limit?
If you’ve reached your state’s allotment limit, you won’t be able to redeem additional cannabis rewards until your next eligible purchase window.
Referral & Notifications
Does Mister Jones have a referral program?
Yes. Find your unique referral link in your account profile when shopping online at Mister Jones. Share it with friends — when they sign up and shop, you earn bonus points (up to $20 in value), and so does the person you referred (up to $15 in value).
How do I get notified about Soul Club deals and rewards updates?
Opt in to email, text, and push notifications on the web or in-store at checkout to stay updated on new offers, bonus point events, and loyalty news.
Where can I check my Soul Club points balance?
Check your current points balance and available rewards anytime while logged in at misterjones.com. Balance and rewards updates are also included regularly in email communications.
MJ PAY
What is MJ Pay?
MJ Pay is Mister Jones’ secure pay-by-bank option. It is free to join and makes every transaction faster — no cash or card required at checkout.
How do I sign up for MJ Pay?
Simply click the button below to securely attach your bank information via Plaid.
Is there a fee to use MJ Pay?
Yes — MJ Pay carries a $3 fee, similar to a standard debit transaction fee.
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate (subject to state law).
Rewards are only available at Mister Jones, subject to state-specific regulations.
Mister Jones reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate any terms, conditions, benefits, or features of the Soul Club program at any time without prior notice.
Members found abusing the rewards program, including creating multiple accounts, will have their point balance forfeited.
